Travel guarantee

It’s important to us that you can rely on legally required guarantees – that’s why we use the STO travel guarantee on our trips. This guarantee does not apply to separately booked accommodation and activities. Read more about this in our  travel conditions.

Association of Small Travel Organizations

We are affiliated with the Association of Small Travel Organizations (VvKR). The VvKR represents the interests of small, often specialist travel organisations. Through the VvKR we combine our strengths and share our expertise to achieve the greatest possible certainty and satisfaction for everyone. De VvKR komt op voor de belangen van kleine, vaak specialistische reisorganisaties. Through the VvKR we join forces and share our expertise in order to achieve the greatest possible security and satisfaction for both the travel organization and the consumer.

Travel guarantee

In order to comply with the legally required guarantee, Champagne Travel uses the VZR Garant guarantee scheme (www.vzr-garant.nl). You can check this via the participants page of the VZR Garant website. Within the limits of the Guarantee Scheme (which can be found on the VZR Garant website), the VZR Garant guarantee applies. In the Guarantee Scheme you can read to which (travel) offer the guarantee of VZR Garant exactly applies and what this guarantee entails.

Application

The guarantee scheme only applies to package holidays. It concerns a package holiday in which at least two travel services are booked and these parts together cover more than 24 hours or contain an overnight stay.
