Groups

There are different types of accommodations that are suitable for groups. We have included these in the various packages below. This mainly serves as a guideline with prices. If you find it difficult to make a choice, you can contact us and indicate your wishes. We tailor the packages further for groups. You will always receive an overview of your choice so that you can see whether this appeals to you.

Two nights are included in each package. It is possible to extend this. In addition, we have included two visits with tasting and one or two dinners. Prices of the packages are based on the number of persons mentioned, as an indication.

Because every accommodation is different here an explanation per package.

Package A; This is a wonderful charming chateau. And can receive larger groups. The owner also makes champagne himself. And is of course available to drink. The chateau has been renovated with great care. There is a dining room, lounge and spacious garden. There are rooms in the chateau and in the outbuildings. The luxury dinner, which is included in this package, takes place in the chateau.

Package B; This Chambre d’Hôte is hidden in a small village near Reims. The guest rooms are located in a building where there is also a living room for the guests. The breakfast room is located in the villa where the owner also lives. The Table d’Hôte also takes place here. You look out over the garden and the spacious swimming pool. Cars can also be parked on the property. Max is 10 people.

Package C; This is a 4* hotel in the center of Reims. Ideal for walking to the restaurants together. They have many rooms, so large groups are welcome here. They also have meeting rooms, a very pleasant champagne bar, a restaurant and a swimming pool. And the service is in good order! The dinner, which is included in this package, takes place in the restaurant.

Package D; This Chambre d’Hôte belongs to a champagne producer and is located in a small champagne village, south of Reims. It is a very pleasant village with many producers. They have 6 bedrooms, with family rooms also available. In addition, there is a spacious living room, kitchen where breakfast is served and a spacious garden at the property. The hidden gem is the small spa. Dinner of this package takes place in the adjacent restaurant which has a very good reputation. Max is 12 people.

Package E; This villa is located in a small Grand Cru champagne village, near Epernay. There are a number of champagne houses and producers in this village. And also restaurants. The location is a stately villa that has been renovated and furnished with great care. There is a large garden with terrace. It is a more luxurious accommodation, especially for smaller groups. Dinner takes place in a good restaurant in the same village. Max is 8 people.

Package F; This is a 3* hotel and very centrally located. Ideal for exploring Epernay with its historic Avenue de Champagne. There are many restaurants and bars in the village. And of course great champagne with the impressive cellars. The rooms are simple but good. And a great location to have as a base. The hotel can accommodate larger groups. Dinner in this package takes place in a cozy bistro where the champagne menu is also in good order.

Package G; This Chambre d’Hôte is located between Epernay and Sézanne. It is actually a small castle which has been lovely renovated by the owners. The owner has also had restaurants before and that is why Table d’Hôte is a delight here. That is why we have included dinner twice in this package. The rooms are modern with good beds. There is a lounge and cozy dining area. The garden is huge, where you can also find the vegetable garden. Max is 12 people.

A visit to a small, independent champagne producer is included during your stay. You will receive an English guided tour. The producers tell you all about their vineyards, the grapes they cultivate and of course their cuvées. You will also be introduced to the entire process of champagne production, from grape press to bottling machine. The tour will of course be concluded with a tasting of at least two champagnes!

In addition to the independent champagne producer, you will also visit a well-known champagne house. Here you can also enjoy a guided tour followed by a champagne tasting. You will notice that this is a completely different experience than at the small champagne house.
